Coaching for women navigating change, loss, or new beginnings — with depth and compassion

At the heart of my work lies a simple truth: every woman carries a quiet knowing that can guide her home to herself. As a life coach with a soulful, reflective approach, I help women and teenage girls reconnect with that knowing and return to a life that feels authentic, grounded, and deeply lived. 

My coaching provides a safe space to reflect, release old patterns, and rebuild self-worth. Together, we navigate moments of change – the times between who you have been and who you are becoming – helping you find clarity, courage, and confidence to move forward. 

My work is rooted in decades of inner work, which has been both transformative and initiatory – teaching me that the deepest crises often mark the beginning of a more truthful life. It shapes the way I hold space – with compassion, steadiness, and respect for the unfolding of each life. 

Before becoming a certified Inner Life Skills Coach in 2012, I spent 25 years teaching English—a vocation that deepened my love of story, language, and the human spirit. My approach draws on psychology, mythology, and astrology, blending practical tools with soulful insight to support genuine transformation.

I work with women of all ages and backgrounds and hold a special affinity for teenage girls who need a steady, caring mentor as they navigate the challenges of growing up. I also support women through major life transitions—rebuilding after divorce or loss, moving through menopause, or discovering a new sense of identity and life purpose—helping them uncover resilience and clarity to step confidently into what comes next.
