I am passionate about working with people to become better versions of themselves. I enjoy helping people who want to deal with life’s challenging circumstances, behaviours, habits and self-limiting beliefs – and together change their perspectives.

I believe in the power of knowledge, its application to a life and continuous measurement. I also believe that human beings are a lot more than the roles they occupy, but there is a unique purpose that each person was created for. I enjoy working with a person to discover that purpose and growing in it.

I believe in working with a holistic view of a person, as every part is interconnected.

My experience includes work as a compliance officer in financial services and learning and development, which accumulates to 17 years. I am an advocate for emotional wellness, gender equality and promotion of mental wellness. I have been involved with South African Depression and Anxiety Group in telephonic counselling,, as well as the training of telephonic counsellors. I have also been involved in mentoring in various corporate programmes.

I am a writer on gender identities, a speaker on emotional intelligence and the de-stigmatizing of mental illness.

My thinking is informed by my academic background in psychology, life coaching, personal life experience, academic research, and years of corporate working experience in the financial services.
