My Coaching Qualifications & Experience

With over thirty years of experience as a Physiotherapist, an Honours degree in Psychology, Coaching Certificate from the Robbins-Madanes Institute, USA, and an Integral Coaching certificate from the UCT GSB. I am distinctively placed to work with the body and the mind towards effective results beating stress and burnout. You need to use your body to calm your mind rather than your mind to calm your body. My Approach to Overcoming Burnout

I have developed a ten-step process to lead you on a journey towards better sleep, restored energy, connected relationships, and peace-of-mind. Using the science of neurophysiology, my experience in the medical field, and interpersonal connection, you will gain the support and knowledge you need to handle stress and beat burnout. The outside world is not going to slow down any time soon, we can’t change that. Coaching is where you find a calm body and peace-of-mind amidst life’s chaos.
