BACKGROUND

My work as a finance and strategy specialist spans the financial services, healthcare, higher education, pharmaceutical and sports sectors. Across these spaces, high performance is the aspiration and complexity creates professional doubt. As my career progressed, I learned that leadership, entrepreneurship and sportsmanship are calls to action that compel individuals to transition from the self into the Self, an undulating journey of ups and downs that can feel isolated and vulnerable. This requires an appetite for uncertainty and the courage to act without instant validation. My work has evolved to coaching, helping clients to shape and steer the end-game, using strategy, goals and self-awareness as enablers for success.
