Hey there,

Thank you for connecting with myself and Palm Hearts Online Coaching. My name is Robbie Jones, originally from Sandton Johannesburg, I now reside in Devils Peak Estate, Cape Town, and have been living, studying and working in this beautiful city for nearly 20 years. To accompany coaching, my main passions lie within the self-expressive cultures of travelling, fashion, music, street art and any sport that involves a ball or a board to name just a few.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Science Honours degree majoring in psychology, which I acquired through the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP).

I also have completed my level 2 coach-specific training through Star Leadership, an ICF – accredited training provider based in South Africa (International Coaching Federation).

So far I have coached clients online from various contexts around South Africa and abroad and have aims to continue to share and expand the incredible experience of growth, one heart at a time.

My form of life coaching is a transformative coaching approach and will primarily invite you to explore and re-connect with your true-being first. Then we’ll develop fresh insights to align your true-self with the processes that drive your beliefs and also your behaviours. Our journey together will make sure you achieve your goals and ensure your shifts are genuine and sustainable.
