Hi there!! , thank you for connecting with myself and Palm Hearts Online Coaching.

My name is Robbie Jones, originally from Sandton Johannesburg, I now reside in Devils Peak Estate Cape Town and have been in this beautiful city for nearly 20 years now.

So what originally led me into this incredible sphere of Psychology first and then on to specialise in life coaching would most definitely be my own life experiences, trials and also triumphs so far as a very “imperfect” human being. After seeking help and seeing a life coach online myself, I was able to dig deep and re-connect with my true self again mentally, physically and spiritually. With that fresh lens I was able to gain clarity, get a vision, get creative and map my own journey forward towards it. I started getting things done. It felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders and I was able to move on from a life of feeling rather stuck, lost and uncertain about the future. It was without doubt the most incredible, empowering and sustainable experience. It was definitely where the seeds that I get to harvest today were once planted.

I am here for you now! I want for you to have your own experience because the life coaching journey is something to be shared and definitely not to be kept secret and that is a core motivator for me.
So far, I have coached clients from various different contexts around South Africa and also Australia and have aims to continue to share the incredible experience of growth, one heart at a time!
