I’m a therapeutic coach & mentor and my goal is to help you to cultivate mindful well-being in a stressful world. You can’t stop the storms of life from crossing your path, but you can cultivate mindful well-being to help you stand strongly grounded amidst the storms.
Mindful well-being is achieved through training your mind and heart to relate and respond to all of life in a wholesome and productive way.
I’ve been in private practice for over 10 years and have been on a journey of personal and spiritual growth for more than 25 years. This journey has empowered me to relate to myself, others and life in a healthier, more productive and drama-free way.
