I am a registered Organisational Psychologist with fifteen years’ experience working in various organisations and geographical locations.

I am passionate about developing individuals, leaders and teams to realize their personal and professional potential. I work in a future-focused way, using psychometric assessments and other information gathering tools to identify strengths to help people overcome their obstacles and achieve their goals.

I aim to authentically partner with people, which means that I am real in our sessions; I am comfortable to both challenge and be a cheerleader depending on what my client needs in order to progress and grow.

My understanding of people comes from my psychology background, but also from my own childhood trauma. This has stirred my passion to equip and help people process and reframe life’s experiences in a way that serves them well.
