Penny Shozi is a Business Coach and Mentor in Bryanston, Johannesburg. She holds an MBA and Diploma Business Management.  She also has a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Mining Law. Penny is an ICF and COMENSA Associate Certified Coach.

Prior to becoming a coach, Penny has been involved in business development, marketing and stakeholder relations management in the corporate sector including infrastructure, mining and IT. She has been involved in many business strategies, team building and mentoring projects. Penny is currently part of the World-Pulse on line team with its headquarters in USA who help in mentoring business women worldwide. She is also a member of the marketing committee of COMENSA.

In business, by combining facilitation and coaching skills, she partners with her clients to ensure that they improve on their leadership and business competence. Penny has a passion for working with women in all areas of their growth and development.
