• As your life coach it is expected of me to provide the correct path to find your answers, not to provide the answers.  Everything in relationship coaching hinges on listening, because when we are really listening, we truly gain perspective into our deeply felt issues.

About Me

I have a background in classical music but decided to enter the IT/Telecommunications world early in my 20’s.  I worked myself up from various administrative roles, to Sales and then onto the board of several companies where I competed with the world’s best to win multi-million Dollar projects all over Africa. I have managed large teams of people throughout my career in the corporate world. I continue to run two small software companies successfully.

I have decades of life experience when it comes to relationships, both good symbiotic ones, healthy, loving ones, and of course, dysfunctional co-dependent relationships.

I have recently completed a course in Life Coaching with distinction via the Blackford Centre for Life Coaching in the United Kingdom and look forward to giving back to the community and helping people have better, healthier relationships.

I am the mother of a recovering drug addict and have had years of pain, hate, tears and despair to deal with, but found little or no help available to parents of addicts.  I am continuing my education by attending as many courses and reading what makes sense relating to drug rehab and the behavior of addicts or alcoholics so I can help the desperate parents who don’t know what to believe or where to turn to for help.
