In my coaching sessions, I create a “Thinking Environment” for you to gain access to your own inner stillness. In this space, your wisdom surfaces in the form of fresh and new thinking. With these new thoughts, and working with limiting assumptions,  better decisions are generated, which lead to more productive action going forward.

I use the framework of The Thinking Environment, developed by Nancy Kline, author of “Time to Think”.

In the coaching sessions I assist you with:

• Gaining confidence through understanding yourself
• Identifying limiting assumptions and transforming them into empowering ones
• Assess your strengths and motivators
• Clarify your future vision

Especially young Adults of today need someone to walk with them out of the labyrinth of chaos into an empowered future.

In our fast changing and unpredictable world, they so often get swept away and left feeling lost, confused, fearful and powerless.

By assisting them to focus on and achieve the next step forward, a sense of pride and empowerment quickly replaces the feeling of fear and anxiety.

This is a great place to bring in positive and sustainable change.

I have worked as a coach since 2007 and have applied my coaching skills in the tourism sector over the last 15 years. What makes me an effective coach is my own diverse life experience, having lived and worked in six countries, within multiple cultures.
