Coaching Philosophy

I am an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a deep belief in the power of conscious leadership and authentic relationships. My work focuses on unlocking the full potential of individuals and teams by strengthening emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and communication.

At the heart of my coaching is the understanding that relationships are the foundation of every successful organisation. Whether navigating internal dynamics or engaging with customers, how we relate to others determines the quality of our leadership, collaboration, and performance.

Approach & Methodology

As a certified Enneagram Coach (Inner Life Skills) and practitioner of Transactional Analysis, I use a combination of psychological insight and practical coaching tools to support clients in making real, sustainable change.

I draw on:

• Transactional Analysis (TA) – an operating system for understanding human interactions
• Emotional Intelligence – to help clients respond with awareness rather than reactivity
• Reflective Coaching Techniques – to surface blind spots and shift limiting beliefs
• Psychometric Tools – including iEQ9 and TIFF assessments, to enhance insight and growth

My coaching creates a safe, non-judgemental space where individuals and teams can explore challenges, unlock new perspectives, and co-create solutions. The result is greater alignment, accountability, and resilience—both personally and professionally.
