When harmony and balance feel off, it creates havoc in our lives. We feel “off”, “stuck” and unhappy even though, on the outside, we may look well and sometimes even amazing. Through coaching, I learned, to recognise the signs of imbalance, of what needed to be seen, heard, felt and done to embark on the journey of balance.
Mahatma Gandhi’s quote, “Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony,” probably most accurately set the stage for me as a coach. Inevitably when thoughts, feelings, and actions are incongruent, some type of turbulence is created. As a coach, I provide the caring space for you to explore this incongruence for yourself and am the partner to walk alongside you as you experiment with your way forward.
I’ve spent over 25 years in healthcare in South Africa, been in senior executive positions in a boardroom, a coach for 10 years, and most importantly a mum of three boys and a wife. My experience brings empathy to what happens in the boardroom, and the living room, and to how we manage our personal well-being and health. I have explored functional and integrative medicine, deeply and my passion is holistic well-being. I have worked in several well-known corporate entities in South Africa and globally.
How can we thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically and impart that to our chosen organizations?
I work as an executive and leadership coach, health and well-being coach and am also facilitator and designer of health and wellbeing workshops.
Looking back on our coaching sessions, I realise just how instrumental your guidance has been in my personal and professional growth. You helped me see the value in my experiences and how every opportunity, whether it was a job offer or a short-term contract, contributed to my development – confidence, communication skills, and self-awareness I now possess are a direct result of our work together, especially the six coaching sessions we had.
AD
Her methods of conversing with me led me to answer my own questions, in a systematic manner, instead of having the answers provided to me. My only regret is that I did not meet her and start coaching sessions ten years ago, as I feel like my thought process has been clouded until now.

Ashika has created the space in our coaching relationship for me to discover my truths for myself and has enabled my to show up as my highest self.
CJ
She has been instrumental in helping me navigate challenging situations at work, in helping me grow in confidence as well as helping me navigate a very big career change with a transition into a new role. Her coaching and guidance has been highly impactful in my career, enabling me to make informed decisions, engage in difficult conversations, and define clear goals and a comprehensive growth plan.
