My purpose in coaching is to be a catalyst for self mastery. I believe that self awareness and intentionality are the nucleus for sustainable change, choice and for creating a life of flourishing and thriving. I work with the elements of the body, the being and the behaviours in a philosophy that explores the “fully human approach” in order to impact health, performance and leadership.

I am informed by my own journey in being an integral medical doctor, corporate executive, coach and mindfulness teacher. Some of the tools that I use are mindfulness based techniques, emotional intelligence building and biofeedback for personal and leadership coaching. For clients looking for a deep dive into their health and wellbeing, I use an integral approach to help clarify health goals  and the path to get there, and work with you as a guide and accountability partner for sustainable health outcomes.

Among the clients I have coached are leaders at The Competition Commission, The JSE, Nampak, Nelson Mandela University, Roche Diagnostics, University of Johannesburg, Tiger Brands, Altron, Genesys, The DTI, Arcellor- Mittal, and students at The Coaching Centre

I am an associate coach and member of faculty at the TCC, Board member of The Institute for Mindfulness of South Africa, a facilitator of Wellbeing workshops and Mindfulness based programs for organisations.
