My approach

My philosophy lies in exploring the “fully human” approach for physical energy, mental focus, emotional connectedness. My purpose in coaching is to be a catalyst for people’s inherent capacity to lead themselves and others by first understanding themselves, and then others. I call this “fostering choice-fulness from awareness” by creating a safe space for courageous conversations.

I also believe that if we know how to manage and relate to change, stress and our emotions differently, we can change how we show up in the world – with more personal power, potential and impact.
