The world is yearning for leaders to follow and inspire positive change. Her life purpose is to enable people to thrive whilst being happy at the workplace and assisting companies to create the space for employees to be fulfilled.
Kerstin is a compassionate individual by nature, and is able to bring insightful understanding to clients’ coaching experience which has been gathered from years of experience in consulting, coaching, mentoring, studying and her own life learnings.
Kerstin is very much a people’s person. She is an unashamed optimist with an open, intuitive and gentle manner. This allows for the process of building the bridge to personal and/or professional success to be a comfortable, natural and enjoyable one. Her ability to be assertive in a calm way makes for an even-handed and open-minded experience.
Kerstin’s many years within corporate environments gives her the ability to identify the ‘fool’s gold’ chased by so many. This assists her to support clients in recognising the real opportunities that they may be blind to.
She is an ICF Global internationally accredited PCC coach and she has been rigorously trained on the core competencies of coaching through a USA coach–training school (Fast Tack 2012). In addition, she is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach (CPPC) and completed an internationally recognised Life Coaching Diploma with the Life Coaching Institute in the United Kingdom (2010).
Kerstin has a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology (University of East London, United Kingdom), a B.Com Degree in Economics and Accounting and has diplomas in a variety of subjects, including senior leadership management, criminal justice and forensic auditing. As she is an avid learner her next venture is to complete her PhD in Organisational Psychology.
Prior to becoming a coach she worked for 18 years in the financial services sector, during which time she served as a corporate governance and risk director. Kerstin has a strong background in corporate business, hands-on leadership, management experience and in-depth financial understanding. Kerstin has a good understanding of the challenges that members of middle and executive management are confronted with in their professional, as well as personal lives. The intricate complexity of integrating work and family into a united, harmonious and fulfilling whole of life can be a challenging balance to obtain and maintain.
