Phephile is an opportunity seeker and activator. Her curiosity and resilience enable her to push boundaries and pursue success and growth. As a lifelong learner, she is passionate about the development of herself and others. Her work primarily focuses on unlocking the untapped potential in people and organisations.

Coaching Experience

Phephile has over 10 years of executive coaching experience. She coaches leaders across sectors and at the highest levels, including C-suite and board-level executives.

Phephile also group coaches leadership teams to enhance and support their effectiveness.

Work Experience

Over the last 20 years, she has been working with senior leaders and stakeholders in numerous large corporations to develop and implement strategic programmes that drive organisational culture and performance. Her focus has been on working with leaders to shift mental models that inhibit the achievement of strategy and are counter-cultural. Her work includes ensuring that business strategy is formulated, disseminated, understood and acted on by all employees.
