Personal Mission Statement
My interest in coaching people and organizations undergoing significant change and transition was sparked by a radical transition process I began twelve years ago. This included getting married (as a late bloomer), going back to study, changing careers and starting my own business after several years as a high school teacher of English. My transformation from someone who was afraid of change to a confident, qualified and experienced facilitator and coach (with 2500 coaching hours) working with corporates, NGO’s and private individuals was kick started by a coaching process I entered into after attending a career reinvention workshop. Through that I articulated my vision for the next stage of my life and set the goals, strategies and action plans which took me from where I was to where I am today
What
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), accredited globally with the ICF (International Coach Federation) and locally with COMENSA, as well as accredited Enneagram Practitioner, I coach and facilitate in organizations and with private individuals, resourcing executives, leaders and teams to make the changes and transitions which will turn their vision into reality.
With over a decade of practical experience across a range of industries my Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Change Management services include the following:

How & Why
My style of coaching has been described as relational, intelligent and holistic. I draw on diverse models and tools from business, psychology and neuro-science. Working alone, partnering with colleagues, or as consultant to top leadership consultancies – where coaching and facilitation are part of a holistic programme of developing leaders – I enjoy equipping leaders with coaching skills to complement all their other skills, imparting learnings that form an integral part of their leadership development. I facilitate a coaching process which evokes the innate wisdom and potential of my clients and results in personal growth and the achievement of desired outcomes.

Favourite tool/framework: The Enneagram
As an Enneagram practitioner trained by Enneagram Integrative Solutions, I have experienced how working with individuals and teams using this tool as a framework offers in depth insight and opens a pathway to self- discovery and self- awareness. It reveals both what holds an individual back as well as the potential for growth and transformation.
