Sarika Richard is the founder of Empowered inSight, a South African practice where science meets soul to awaken lasting transformation. Her work bridges two distinct but complementary paths — Business inSight for leaders and teams, and Individual inSight for personal healing and self-discovery — each drawing on the same underlying belief: that lasting change happens when people understand both what drives them and what holds them back.

With over 20 years in industrial engineering, supply chain, and continuous improvement across organisations including DaimlerChrysler, SAB, ABInBev, and CCBA, Sarika brings unusual analytical rigour to human development work. For the past 15 years, she has combined this operational background with coaching, facilitation, and the Enneagram to help leaders and teams perform more sustainably — not through short-term intervention, but through stronger self-awareness, healthier dynamics, and more effective problem-solving.

Business inSight supports leaders, teams, and organisations through three pathways: Leadership Awareness, which helps leaders move from autopilot to conscious, intentional decision-making; Team Dynamics and Trust, which uses the Enneagram to improve communication and reduce unproductive conflict; and Problem-Solving Capability, which applies structured methods — including 5 Why, process mapping, and failure mode analysis — to build more resilient, self-sufficient teams. The work is designed for any level of an organisation facing challenges around alignment, culture, or performance.

Alongside her business practice, Sarika has spent 27 years immersed in energy work as a Usui Reiki Master, with training in crystal healing, astrology, shamanism, and channeling, and seven years offering channeled readings. This deeper lineage informs Individual inSight, her personal growth and healing offering, structured around three pathways: Discover & Align (coaching and Enneagram work for clarity and self-understanding), Decode & Heal (Body Code and Emotion Code sessions for releasing stored emotional and energetic patterns), and Embodied Intuition (Reiki and intuitive guidance for spiritual alignment and renewal).

What distinguishes Sarika’s approach is her refusal to separate the analytical from the intuitive. Her sessions weave neuroscience, quantum physics, and energetic awareness together with practical, evidence-informed tools — treating the nervous system, not just the mindset, as central to real transformation.
