With over 20 years of experience in engineering and continuous improvement, I’ve led strategic capability-building initiatives across African markets—including six transformative years at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, where I coached teams in implementing world-class supply chain practices at all levels.

Yet beneath the metrics and methodologies, my journey has always been guided by a deeper calling: healing, alignment, and energetic integrity.

I’ve been immersed in energy work since my teens, trained in Usui Reiki and mentored by intuitive healers across modalities including astrology, crystal healing, and channeling. My practice has evolved into a multidimensional approach that blends energetic awareness, emotional intelligence, and sacred symbolism to support deep transformation for individuals and the empowerment of insights towards operational and performance excellence for businesses.

In my corporate roles, I’ve held space for energetic shifts—integrating healing principles into coaching, team development, and leadership growth. I’ve witnessed firsthand how personal alignment and energetic clarity elevate performance, foster authentic connection, and create cultures of trust.

This calling I have had towards healing eventually became so loud that ignoring it was actually affecting my health on many levels. I mustered up the emotional courage and faith in myself which led to the creation of Empowered inSight. My hope for my business is to support individuals and teams in their journeys of evolution and in thriving both personally and professionally. For individuals that resonate with my healing work, it is a sacred co-creation back to your wholeness.

My aim right now (as it is constantly evolving) is to guide others in bridging the gap between personal sovereignty and identity, the tangible in operational excellence and the intangible in soulful leadership – coming back to ourselves through the embodiment of purpose.

I believe that stepping back into Self is the foundation of impact—and that when we align with our truth and not our external identities, we unlock our greatest potential.
