We are all unique individuals but we share one very powerful attribute – the ability to create our own reality through our thoughts, intentions, beliefs and actions because everyone has the potential to achieve. I believe that everyone is a leader, you just have to search within!
Jesse Jackson once said, “ Leaders must be tough enough to fight, tender enough to cry, human enough to make mistakes, humble enough to admit them, strong enough to absorb the pain, and resilient enough to bounce back and keep on moving”
She believes that developing a sense of self awareness, motivation and inner power are key stepping stones in the coaching journey.
Dr Perumal holds a PhD in Leadership and Complexity, and her expertise lies in creating and implementing high-quality strategic business and people-driven solutions. Her coaching philosophy is centred around the approach that everyone has the potential to succeed but they first must believe that they can.
She is a registered Coach and Mentor and uses the strengths-based approach where she helps individuals to identify and leverage their unique abilities to accelerate their career goals, discover their inner strengths and identify their unique abilities to overcome challenges to achieve their objectives. She combines this approach in using Emotional Intelligence (EI) to practically demonstrate the learning and help develop actionable strategies to sustain the changes made.
