Yule is a People Strategist, Mentor and Coach who partners with clients to unlock their potential. He believes that every person has vulnerabilities, desires and needs that need to be met and behind every team is a person. He partners with leadership teams, seasoned professionals and individuals to bring their business, professional and personal goals to fruition.

Yule spent his career in the Human Resources and Organisational Development field in various sectors including the Financial Services, Public and Higher Education sectors before qualifying as a Coach.

Yule integrates scientifically proven neuroscience principles into his coaching approach to bring awareness to clients’ thinking patterns, behaviour, and emotional states. He is also a certified Integral and Strengths Coach who has coached many clients to unlock their potential.

Yule brings vulnerability into his thinking partnerships to foster psychological safety, transformation and goal achievement for clients.

• Advanced Programme in Organisational Development.
• Certificate in Neuroscience Coaching.
• Certified Integral and Strengths Alignment Coach.
• NeuroCoach Programme with the Strategic Leadership Institute (SLI) that focuses on strengthening the neural response that regulates the brain, emotion, and behaviour response.
