As a Self-Love Coach, I use neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and life coaching techniques to support you in developing radical self-love and self-compassion. One of the biggest causes of low self-love is trauma, which is often caused by past negative experiences. Oppression in all its forms can manifest as trauma. One of the NLP techniques I use assists with trauma resolution, helping you to heal from past negative experiences in such a way that they no longer control your life.
NLP can also assist with the following, all of which are possible manifestations and/or causes of low self-love:
- Feelings of guilt and/or shame
- Feeling that you are not good enough and/or unworthy
- Difficulty with making decisions
- Feeling stuck in any area of your life
- Stress, worry
- Anxiety, depression
- Frequent/chronic illness
- A sense that something is missing from your life
- Negative self-talk
- Difficult relationships
NLP coaching gives you the opportunity to discover the amazing strength, beauty and power that I know is inside you. My goal for every client is radical self-love, going deeper than the surface-level affirmations to address the internalised messages and damaging underlying beliefs about themselves. I am not there to give you answers or advice, but I can give you guidance and techniques that you can then use to discover within yourself what you need.
Coaching sessions can take place in person, or over Skype/Whatsapp calling, and are up to 60 minutes long. There are a few NLP techniques which I will not do with you unless we are in the same room.
