‘Aviva is one of the most talented presenters I have encountered in my long career’
Moyra Keane -Academic Advisor/Facilitator-University of the Witwatersrand- 2017
“I was privileged to be coached by Aviva. I believe that these coaching sessions changed my life, and that is not a statement issued glibly. Aviva challenged me to understand myself better, and she guided me down an exploratory path in our short time together, that I believe would have taken me years to accomplish on my own.
Aviva took the time to personalize our sessions and process, and welcomed these individual differences. Our conversations were always thought provoking and I left every session energized and focused, even though I very rarely arrived in that state of mind.
Through helping me understand myself better, she assisted in making me a more authentic and balanced leader. I have received lots of compliments from the people I work with, noticing the change.
I firmly believe that I would not be the leader I am today had it not been for Aviva. I wish the sessions had been longer, and that they were more plentiful.”
Mark Riley-General Manager – 2016
In my capacity of Director of Staff Training and Development at the University of the Witwatersrand I used Aviva Baran Rothschild as executive coach for leaders and managers in the Wits environment (Since 2009). Her coaching always delivered powerful impact and converted even the most cynical leaders and managers into ardent and grateful supporters of the coaching initiative. I also used Aviva as my personal coach, with powerful and life changing impact.
I can thus highly recommend Aviva as a coach to all organisations who want their managers and leaders to become vibrant, energised and purposeful. She has a profound ability to work with a range of different kinds of individuals, getting them to open up and to deepen their own personal learning and insight while simultaneously forwarding the action they need to take to be more effective, more purposeful and more powerful. Her coaching is deeply supportive while simultaneously being rigorous and courageously challenging. Not a comfort zone, but an experience of real transformation.
DR MARGARET ORR – Leadership Development Consultant – Office of the Vice Chancellor- UCT – March 2013

Aviva held the role of coach supervisor with extremely well-defined boundary management, for a team of executive coaches, working with extremely complex systems dynamics. I can recommend Aviva as a coach supervisor with wisdom, integrity & insight into complex human dynamics. It is a pleasure to work with Aviva.”
