Dorrian is a widely experienced and highly regarded consultant, lecturer and leader in the field of coaching, organisational transformation and leadership development. With particular expertise in the complex areas of diversity, transformation and change management, Dorrian’s model for dealing with diversity as outlined in her Doctoral thesis has been described as having “international significance”.
Dorrian holds two doctorates: a PhD in Cultural Studies from the University of Exeter and a Doctorate in Professional Studies (Executive Coaching) from Middlesex University focussing on Diversity, Leadership and Organisational Transformation. Dorrian is an Integral Master Coach™, a certified Thinking Environment™ Coach and Consultant and a founding member of the Time to Think™ Collegiate in South Africa. Dorrian is also an accredited Enneagram practitioner. She is a COMSENSA Master Practitioner.
Dorrian lectures in Leadership Development for the M.Phil in Business Coaching at the University of Stellenbosch’s Business School.
Outside of academia, Dorrian specialises in organisational cultural transformation, change management, diversity and inclusion. She works with executives and leaders at every level to grow skills in fostering interpersonal, intercultural alliances in support of organisational aims and objectives. Dorrian has worked on transformational leadership with senior executives across a number of industries, including the international financial services sector, the petrochemical industry, international pharmaceuticals as well as local government and NGOs in SA.
Dorrian lives in Cape Town and practices internationally.
