I support my clients to develop themselves personally and professionally, and I challenge them to re-examine existing narratives and worldviews. I guide them through a journey of discovery aimed at increasing their awareness of self and others.
My coaching approach is holistic in the sense that I work with a client as a person situated within a context which spans their work and personal lives. Furthermore, holistic means that I work with my client as a whole person, which means a view of them from an intellectual, physical, emotional and spiritual perspective.
I am an experienced general manager, and during my business career, my various roles exposed me to the intricacies of achieving shared objectives across boundaries. My experience includes assignments such as dealer development in the motor industry, national-level marketing, IT project management, general manager with shared responsibility for seven vehicle distributors in Sub-Saharan Africa and leading a multi-year change project for a subsidiary of Shell Southern Africa.
My experience also includes strategy and Organisational Development consulting assignments, as well as coaching individual clients.
