During a life transition, we may feel unanchored. Even if the transition relates to a joyous event, such as getting a promotion or getting married, we may feel unsure of our identity. More so when the transition relates to a challenging event such as a retrenchment, divorce, or the loss of someone close to us. Conroy helps clients gain insight into their transitions and provide them with the tools to navigate their transition journeys skillfully.
