Live with passion and purpose!
As a life coach and mentor in Cape Town, I enjoy working with men who are striving to live a more balanced and meaningful life. I’m motivated by personal fulfillment – for myself and others – and I’m inspired by people who are open and curious.
When coaching, I see myself primarily as a ‘thinking partner’. I’m fascinated by life and excited by new possibilities, so I’ll encourage you to view your life from different angles and fresh perspectives. This usually involves a focus on improving your self-awareness and accountability – and exploring how to live a more authentic life.
I’ll draw on my extensive experience of life… and try to inspire you to live with passion and purpose in this crazy, beautiful world.
I’ve travelled extensively, held many different job titles, and lived as a successful entrepreneur since the 1990’s. I’ve also been (mostly!) happily married for 25 years, and have a teenage son.

“Thank you for the incredible session yesterday. You literally picked me up from the floor and I left confident, knowing for sure that I can do this. I can’t express how grateful I am to you for opening my eyes, inspiring me and getting me to look at that man in the mirror. The visible difference that these sessions are making to both my work life, but also my relationship with my family, has just been astonishing…” – Todd

“Hi Richard, more thanks to you. I chatted with (my son) the night before last and he sang your praises… said that of everyone you have helped him the most. He’s a great kid and you have helped give him direction and motivation and a sense of what is important for him in life, and for that I am extremely grateful” – Brendan
