As a life coach and mentor in Cape Town, I particularly enjoy working with men who are striving to live a more balanced and meaningful life. I’m motivated by personal fulfillment – for myself and others – and I’m inspired by people who are open and curious.

When coaching, I see myself primarily as a ‘thinking partner’. I’m fascinated by life and excited by new possibilities, so I encourage my clients to view their lives from different angles and fresh perspectives. This usually involves a focus on improving their self-awareness and accountability – and exploring how to live a more authentic life.

As a mentor to young men, I draw on my extensive life experience… and try to inspire them to live with passion and purpose in this strange, crazy, beautiful world.

Experience & Qualifications

I’ve travelled extensively, held many different job titles, and lived as a successful entrepreneur since 1999. I’ve also been (mostly!) happily married for 25 years, and have a teenage son.
