Masha is an ICF-accredited NLP Coach, and a trained Clinical Psychologist with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. She is a certified Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator and a Brennan Healing Science Practitioner.

Coaching is an exciting process that allows you to decide how you show up in your life and how you wish to live. Life can be truly amazing when you dare to leave your comfort zone and let go of patterns and beliefs that hold you back. It takes commitment, daring and radical self-honesty. If this is what you are looking for, I would love to support you.

Based on the client’s individual needs, Masha tailors each coaching relationship in tandem with the client, agreeing on how they wish to work. The client decides how fast or deep they wish to go, and how far they wish to get. Masha provides the tools, support, and mirroring of what she perceives, while gently holding her client accountable. She seeks to provide the right balance between enthusiastically encouraging, and gently challenging the client’s patterns, to create a space that is most conducive to growth and transformation.

In her private practice, Masha works with a diverse range of clients seeking to transform aspects of themselves and their lives. She helps clients boost their careers, deepen their leadership skills, manage stress, find healthy life/work balance and improve their relationships. She works with clients as they navigate major life changes, such as changing careers, moving to a new country, or rebuilding their life after a setback. She particularly enjoys supporting clients invested in personal growth, helping them gain more insight and awareness about themselves and resolve and heal past experiences that hold them back. Masha also works with couples, helping them become more aware of their patterns, enhance their communication, and deepen their bond.

Prior to her coaching practice, Masha counselled at a drug and alcohol addiction treatment center in the Cape Flats, South Africa – an area notorious for gang- and drug-related issues. Her work included individual, couple and family sessions, and leading psycho-educational workshops and support groups. She also worked in a shelter for women and children recovering from domestic abuse in Cape Town. There, she provided individual therapy and coaching, taught psycho-educational modules on abuse recovery, and ran women’s support groups.
