Executive Leadership Coach and Workshop Facilitator

I work with leaders and teams, who in the VUCA era have to thrive through disruption, manage rapid change, meet multiple stakeholder needs while navigating systemic complexity. My coaching approach focuses on partnering with leaders and teams to create value for stakeholders and to improve alignment of the strategic direction of the organisation.

Over a period of more than 25 years, I worked in various industries both in South Africa and internationally. These include the banking industry, the insurance industry, and I also held a number of executive roles mainly in South African state owned entities.

For the last 15 years of my career as a senior executive, I led a number of diverse portfolios. I also acted as a CEO of a large state-owned entity for over 2 years. In this role I engaged with diverse critical stakeholders including Boards, Parliament, various regulatory bodies, international stakeholders etc.

In addition to strategic thinking, I also bring a good understanding of corporate governance, having been part of EXCO for a number of years and having been a board member of a large NGO operating in sub Saharan Africa.

In addition to extensive experience at a senior executive level, I hold the following qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Management & Executive Coaching (MMBEC) from Wits Business School,
• Systemic Team Coaching Master Practitioner Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC), UK
• Masters Diploma in Management from De Mont Fort University, UK
• Masters Diploma in Management (RAU now University of Johannesburg)
• Africa Directors Programme from the University of Stellenbosch
• Advanced Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Finance Management, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
• Eanneagram Practitioner
• Integral Enneagram Practitioner 

I am also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Africa Board of Coaching, Consulting & Coaching Psychology (ABCCCP)
