I am passionate about self development and self awareness because I believe that it is through these two that we can become the masters of our own destiny. I believe that growth starts from knowing what makes you react in a certain way and knowing how to be in control of emotions and make conscious decisions with clarity and intention.
Being aware of self also gives one the ability to look at things from different perspectives and maintain positivity towards the planned goals.
I partner with my clients in a confidential and non-judgmental relationship based on trust. The process is very results driven. It allows for the clients to tap into their strengths and their stretches and be able to work more on them to get the shift they need on how they behave and think in order to grow. The process also allows for my clients to see the impact of their behaviours in their general life and allows for them to constantly be able to mind their minds and also mind the impact that has on their behaviour. My coaching approach is based on action and growth.
My work experience is over 15 years in human capital, with more passion on talent management and employee relations. I have worked in the mining industry construction, consulting and hospitality. Being part of corporate for over 15 years has given me the needed in and outs of the business and how to not only focus on the button line but on people as firstly.
I am a holder of an Advance Certificate in Business Coaching Programme from GIBS and it is recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Further to the, I am a holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and my first Degree is in Labour Relations Management. I have 400 coaching hours.
I am a self published author of the memoir called Unbreakable. I am also an LGBTQIA+ Activist.
