With a strong foundation in corporate project administration and project management, I specialize in coaching leaders and employees at all levels. My expertise includes developing communication strategies, fostering inclusive environments where individuals feel heard and valued, and facilitating group sessions to strengthen team communication, collaboration, and alignment.
