I love helping people navigate those crucial periods of transformation in their lives – whether personal or professional. In particular, I enjoy coaching creatives in making life-changing transitions, overcoming the apparent limitations of life, resources and expectations to begin realising their potential and living their vision.

I combine my coaching skills with the experience that comes from years of gains and losses in both my personal and professional life. With curiosity and empathy, I help my clients to explore their lives, worlds and options. I love to see people learn new things about themselves and their capabilities, and reach those “A-HA!” moments that have been locked inside them all along.

As a creative professional myself, I have a particular affinity for others who are trying to carve out their niches in the world of media, art, content creation and related fields. If you are looking to make that leap into a more creative life, or transition from your day job to your passion, I would love to help you along that journey.

However, my services are not limited to clients in creative fields. I also work with people who wish to resolve personal or relationship matters, and career challenges in any other field.
