My name is Tracey Hemphill. I am an accredited NLP practitioner and Transformational Life Coach. I have been a competitive swimming coach for 13 years, so I have valuable experience in the field. I am able to assist individuals in maximising performance and get out of their comfort zone.
I have spent most of my life in the competitive arena, both as an athlete and as a coach. I identified the areas that needed urgent attention in this industry as an athlete, and so decided to study Sport Psychology at Rand Afrikaans University. I completed the degree in 2002, and following a lengthy travel experience, I returned home still focused on being able to help young ambitious athletes and enrolled for a Post graduate in Education degree again at RAU.
I started coaching competitive swimming in 2006, and to date, I find this an incredibly rewarding and satisfying role. I have worked with age groups ranging from 10 – 24, at all levels, and truly enjoy the emotional variations. I have also worked very closely with parents and other coaches at all levels, to help people achieve their goals.
I have also run 2 companies, simultaneously, managing at least 6 staff members, and can add value in this area as well.
