Self awareness is also the base of EQ and of consciousness. The beginning of all sustainable, positive, powerful change.

I coach because I believe that the tiniest of changes can create new worlds for individuals, leaders, businesses and communities.

Change comes with awareness of one’s own thinking patterns, frameworks and beliefs. With new ideas; new options and action. Positive change is intentional transformation; best facilitated through the mindful exploration of one’s own patterns and thinking.

I work with entrepreneurs, leaders and managers who strive toward reaching their fullest expression of human potential while deepening their knowledge of leadership frameworks; growing to their own specific place of thriving; while dealing with the pragmatism of their every-day dilemmas and the business and life challenges they need to navigate. All of my coaching lenses facilitate the growth of EQ in individuals.

My role as a coach is to empower my clients to become aware of the framework that they see the world through and to explore other lenses that might serve them in growing their opportunities.

My strengths as a coach are:

About Kathy

Kathy English Brower is a transformational leader and life, integral coach, Neuro Linguistic and Enneagram practitioner.

35 years of business experience and 20 years of consulting with entrepreneurs and leaders in Corporate Businesses has equipped her to deal with a wide range of every-day business challenges. Naturally strategic and with great insight into people profiles; organizational structure and the human dynamic; Kathy is adept at facilitating and managing change and growth by finding what is unique in individuals, in businesses and in situations.

Kathy naturally looks through the leadership lens believing that whether one is learning to lead through one’s own initiatives or through harnessing a team (or both), the dynamics and learnings are parallel journeys.

Kathy uses NLP, Enneagram, Coaching and Facilitation skills in a combined way to leverage growth, change and awareness. She also partners on leadership training programmes and team development training; using Gallups Strengths, Enneagram; NLP and integral coaching models designed to enhance levels of self and other awareness as well as providing a toolbox of strategies and skills for self, leadership and team growth.

Kathy is able to hold difficult conversations and conflict in a safe and emotionally stable environment; facilitating team members to be heard and understood and is able to take teams to the edge, create new options while allowing for the balance of safety and the breaking of new ground.

Kathy is a qualified Coach, NLP Practitioner, Enneagram Practitioner, Facilitator, Project Manager and Digital Marketing Strategist with a background in Management, Brand Management, Marketing and Sales. She also has a fascination for coaching through the lenses of various profiles and archetype tools
