I love to witness the “a-ha” moments and subsequent breakthrough changes that people achieve through my coaching sessions.

My forte lies in putting myself in someone else’s shoes, gaining an understanding of their world and their needs and helping them achieve what is best for them. I love to let people feel heard and understood.

I focus on facilitating lasting positive transformation and helping you achieve your desired outcomes. My role includes helping you to think of different possibilities, angles and perspectives that help you find solutions for challenges.

Encouragement is a big part of my coaching, and so is challenging you in a supportive way to extend yourself and reach goals and milestones. I place strong emphasis on identifying and harnessing your strengths.

“No man can climb beyond the limitations of his own belief.” (Dr. Myles Munroe)

Years of life- and work experience, observations and studies have taught me what a big impact our thinking and beliefs have on our lives. The coaching process I facilitate, enables you to become aware of subconscious thinking patterns that result in specific behaviours.  I apply neuroscience-based principles to help you develop deep and sustainable positive shifts in thinking and behaviour and to entrench new neural pathways.

Neuroscience explains why people resist change and gives us insight into how to re-wire our brains. Neuroplasticity, once thought to only be possible in childhood, has now been scientifically proven.  Wikipedia defines neuroplasticity as follows: “… the ability of neural networks in the brain to change through growth and reorganization. Neuroplasticity refers to the brain’s ability to reorganise and rewire its neural connections, enabling it to adapt and function in ways that differ from its prior state.”

The coaching process includes goal setting and reaching milestones and goals.

“When you catch a glimpse of your potential, that’s when passion is born”. (Zig Ziglar)

We explore ways in which you can harness your strengths so that your personal and work life can be much more meaningful and fulfilling. I facilitate a process whereby you can take your abilities or performance to higher levels and achieve excellence.

Working from one’s weaknesses promotes disengagement, unproductiveness, frustration and exhaustion. Working from one’s strengths promotes engagement, creativity and productivity. The latter is something I would love you to experience.

Employee disengagement has been proven to have a huge impact on companies’ profitability. I work with teams to create team efficiency, a culture of high performance, and synergy.

I use tools like the Realise2 and/or Gallup StrengthsFinder strengths assessments, and a behavioural assessment developed by a psychiatrist and adapted by an Industrial Psychologist.

My ability to actively listen and understand, to have empathy and keenly observe patterns in behaviour and reactions, help me to facilitate a uniquely individual process for each client.

“There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self. (Ernest Hemingway)
