Life & Career Coaching:

Coaching is defined as a confidential and highly personal learning process: “The art of facilitating the performance, development and learning of another person. It is about equipping people with the tools, knowledge and opportunities they need to develop themselves and become more effective.”

  • Establishing identity, purpose & potential
  • Self-Awareness & Self-Management (of emotions, negativity, habits)
  • Understanding strengths / preferences / gifts
  • Boundaries & Relationship management
  • Healing beliefs & thinking patterns that cause problems
  • Subject / Study / Career / Life choices & change
  • Work & Life readiness

The Vision:

Helping you unlock your potential & purpose, through facilitating the growth in self–awareness, self-acceptance, and self-management.

“I believe in the potential of each person, and want to enable them to free themselves of internal constraint and external control.”

How it works:

By means of a dynamic coaching process, including various tools to be skillfully used, the clients’ understanding of their preferences, interests, skills and values are brought about, by which they receive the opportunity to grow, to discover who they are, and to clarify their best suited career or purpose in life.

The model that will be used will look after the whole person and will work within the client’s core values to drive to what their main objectives for the coaching would be. This facilitates how to move from point A to point B optimally, utilising their strengths.

Based on proven techniques and grounded in psychologically based theoretical models, specialised skills are utilised to facilitate the client’s progress:

Schools of Influence:

  • Socratic questioning: to help uncover the assumptions and evidence that underpin people’s thoughts in respect of problems.
  • Cognitive restructuring (part of CBT): learning to identify and dispute irrational or maladaptive thoughts.
  • Person-centered therapy (PCT): to provide clients with an opportunity to develop a sense of self where they can realise how their attitudes, feelings and behaviour are being negatively affected.
  • Logotherapy: founded upon the belief that it is the striving to find a meaning in one’s life that is the primary, most powerful motivating and driving force in humans.

Personal & Group Development:

We are all human beings who need to learn how to take life by the helm, meaning we need to take ownership of our own life and gain control of it in order to live a deliberate, effective, satisfying and courageous life.

Because if we don’t, we are puppets in the hands of circumstances and others’ needs.

What value does this add?

  • Increased ownership & responsibility of work & performance
  • Increased positive attitude toward work & colleagues
