Tim Borland, Managing Director and Founder, is a qualified Integral Coach, accomplished Sales and Marketing Executive and elite marathon athlete, based in Hout Bay. Focus Finders was born out of a love of coaching Humans to maximise their true potential and a passion for helping high performance teams.
As an Integral Coach (University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business & International Coaching Federation), I work with the client’s Cognitive (mind), Emotional and Somatic (body) intelligence centres, helping them build capabilities and with the ultimate goal of maximising their true potential.
I am an accomplished Sales & Marketing Executive, with 27 years’ experience in the corporate environment, 14 years of which have been in Senior Management roles.
As a sporting enthusiast, I am a competitive runner, with a 2.49 Marathon best, a Two Oceans and a Comrades Marathon among my achievements. I am also a former SA 400m track and field champion and provincial footballer.
In my Coaching, I combine my experience of the corporate environment, the mental fortitude and discipline of elite sport and Marathon running, as well as my Integral Coaching skills, to achieve the best outcome for my clients.
