Hello! I have been coaching for 15 years, focusing on clients with business challenges as well as seeking personal growth and work-life balance.
I have a long consulting background, mainly in the area of business process design and helping companies and leaders become the most effective they can be.
I have also been a senior corporate executive and an entrepreneur with two start-ups so can relate to a wide variety of scenarios.
My coaching is based on neuroscience, known as “coaching with the brain in mind”. Neuroscience has uncovered so much exciting information about how we function as human beings, what we can use to grow ourselves and how to find peace of mind in all situations. For coaching that is tremendously valuable.
My approach is also evidence-based: we won’t dwell on theory, everything is about action and growth!
