As a healthcare professional, I have committed my life to improving the health and well-being of others. After graduating from Stellenbosch University in 2008, I have worked in various settings, including primary care and obstetrics. In 2012, I established Fx Health, which utilises interdisciplinary approaches to manage chronic back and neck pain.

My greatest satisfaction comes from witnessing others take responsibility for their own growth and development. I obtained Integral Coaching certification at The Coaching Centre (TCC) Integral Africa and am an active member of the International Coaching Federation. I founded Nebulae Initiative – an inclusive and accessible Integral coaching platform that promotes creativity, innovation, and leadership.
