BUT FIRST, LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF:

My name is Lalie, and I am a circadian health coach.
My mission is to help busy, tired women regain their energy, feel good in their bodies and reclaim their minds.
I know what it’s like to feel unwell, sluggish, stressed, anxious, depressed and tired. Thankfully, I also know that none of these is a life sentence.
Today, I know what it’s like to feel well, light, vibrant, unburdened, happy and energetic!
I want the same for you!
Also, in trying to recover my health, I’ve made all the mistakes so that you don’t have to.

WHAT’S MY SECRET?

There is no secret.
My approach is to use simple, yet powerful strategies hiding in plain sight.
I draw on the power of natural light and real food to help you achieve your objectives.
Gone are the days of having to eat rabbit food or run a marathon just so you can be happy with the person looking back at you in the mirror.

Instead, I teach you:

  • How to tap into the power of sunlight to enable your body and mind to heal.
  • How to minimise and shield your body from junk light.
  • How to maximise your sleep for revitalisation.
  • What, when and how to eat so that you are always nourished.
  • How to exercise in a way that supports instead of breaks your body.
  • How to manage stress and anxiety.

While I offer some 1-1 coaching in exceptional circumstances, I prefer groups because the community aspect is invaluable and we all learn so much together!
