My name is Lalie, and I am a circadian health coach.
My mission is to help busy, tired women regain their energy, feel good in their bodies and reclaim their minds.
I know what it’s like to feel unwell, sluggish, stressed, anxious, depressed and tired. Thankfully, I also know that none of these is a life sentence.
Today, I know what it’s like to feel well, light, vibrant, unburdened, happy and energetic!

Also, in trying to recover my health, I’ve made all the mistakes so that you don’t have to.

My main offering is an 8-week group coaching programme which includes course material.
While I offer some 1-1 coaching in exceptional circumstances, I prefer groups because the community aspect is invaluable and we all learn so much together!
