My approach and philosophy
My calling and intuition to facilitate healing and a context for transformation finds fruition in my unique coaching practice at the interface of the mind, the body, the emotion and the spiritual. Inner Healing for outer Health.
My journey has taken me through science, modern medicine, depth psychology, spirituality, and powerful coaching methodologies. It is my passion to integrate what I have learnt and to make them available to my clients. As health and wellness coach, my job is to create and hold the space for the client to find their own inner resources, and to tap into their own vast inner resources.
What I do
I specialize in the healing paradigm of coaching. This includes inner healing with outer manifestations such as anxiety, depression, and stress; and outer manifestations with inner dimensions like chronic physical pain, living with chronic or terminal disease, allergy relief without medication, and coming to terms with illness. My healing practice extends to relationships, clearing limiting beliefs and enabling the individual to become the best being he or she can be.
The modalities I use
I am a certified NLP and HNLP master practitioner, Authentic Self-Empowerment (ASE)® facilitator, and Ericksonian hypnotherapist. I am also a certified Heartmath® coach. I am registered as a medical doctor with a speciality in family medicine. Principles of mindfulness and Transpersonal Psychology form an integral part of my approach.
How I work
I am available for individual face to face sessions, as well as Skype sessions. I am also happy to work with groups, where appropriate, and corporate work. I am based in the Boland and Cape Town area.
