Kathy English Brower is a Strategic Business Consultant and Executive Coach.
35 years of business experience and 17 years of consulting with entrepreneurs and leaders in Corporate Businesses has equipped her to deal with a wide range of every-day business challenges. Naturally strategic and with great insight into people profiles; organizational structure and the human dynamic; Kathy is adept at facilitating and managing change and growth by finding what is unique in individuals, in businesses and in situations.
In small businesses she often plays the role of a “second partner”; helping rationalize strategic decisions as well as the creation of goals and the action plans to achieve those goals; rationalizing and iterating with the owner along the way, while holding them accountable in an achievable and goal oriented environment.
