Change comes with awareness of one’s own thinking patterns, frameworks and beliefs.  Change comes with new ideas, new options and movement.  Positive change is intentional transformation.

I work with people who strive towards reaching their fullest expression of human potential; growing to their own specific place of thriving; while dealing with the pragmatism of their every-day dilemmas.

My role as a coach is to empower my clients to become aware of how the framework that they see the world through and to explore how other lenses might serve them in growing their opportunities.

About Kathy:

Kathy English Brower is a Strategic Business Consultant and Executive Coach.

35 years of business experience and 17 years of consulting with entrepreneurs and leaders in Corporate Businesses has equipped her to deal with a wide range of every-day business challenges.  Naturally strategic and with great insight into people profiles; organizational structure and the human dynamic; Kathy is adept at facilitating and managing change and growth by finding what is unique in individuals, in businesses and in situations.

In small businesses she often plays the role of a “second partner”; helping rationalize strategic decisions as well as the creation of goals and the action plans to achieve those goals; rationalizing and iterating with the owner along the way, while holding them accountable in an achievable and goal oriented environment.

In corporate and entrepreneurial businesses Kathy helps the HR and Management teams structure the organization and plan and manage training initiatives as well as individual coaching requirements.  Kathy also profiles staff for recruitment and for career growth to understand their coaching and training requirements.

Kathy works with individuals who run their own practices to set up systems and create depth and continuity in their businesses, while growing their base.

One of Kathy’s huge passions is working with consultants and coaches to consolidate their practises into sustainable, robust, self-fuelling businesses.
