Her transformational management experience includes organizational culture change, living a values-based work ethic and a special focus on business sustainability strategy, having spearheaded a turn-around strategy from a loss-making to three-times business turnover. Experienced as Director and Non-Executive Director.
The focus that Loyiso takes is aimed at inspiring executive and management leaders to make behavioural changes which transform themselves and the people around them thereby increasing business results and performance. It takes the form of a one-on-one developmental process formally contracted between a professional coach and a management-level client to increase the client’s managerial and/or leadership performance, often using action learning approach.
Change management and strengths coaching is her special focus areas. This includes transition coaching for executive leaders and engaging in team coaching where appropriate.
