Wendy is a personal mastery, leadership and business visionary. She is a Professional Integral Coach through the Centre for Coaching (Graduate School of Business – UCT) as well as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has been coaching for 8 years with a focus on corporate teams, executives, senior and middle leadership. She has logged over 2000 hours of individual coaching and facilitation. The next milestone will be Master Coach Certification (MCC) through the ICF.

Wendy is active in addressing the leadership gap and chooses to work with leaders who are obsessed with bringing out the best in themselves and their people by equipping them with the practices and behaviours to support this intention.

Previous Background

Wendy spent 24 years in the corporate world, 15 of which were spent at executive management level. She specialised in marketing and brand strategy where she worked across various industries in blue chip companies, namely, Toyota SA Marketing, MTN cellular and financial services (Standard Bank, Absa and Nedbank). Her career saw many varying roles and responsibilities, which spanned product-market planning, loyalty and CRM, product and services marketing, and group brand strategy development and management.

Over the last 8 years, Wendy has coached in excess of 150 individuals; including executives, CEO’s of Entrepreneurial Businesses and senior managers; to become more effective in leading and managing their businesses as well as themselves in terms of their impact, personal mastery and wellbeing.

Building Teams & Collaboration

As a leadership, business and life visionary, Wendy has guided leaders and teams, who recognise that business sustainability and success is driven through maximising the contribution of each individual within the system.

Her work with teams focuses on establishing team purpose, vision and values to drive high trust, conflict resolution, commitment and buy-in, accountability and excellence.
