Wendy has coached in excess of 90 individuals; including executives, CEO’s of Entrepreneurial Businesses and senior managers; to become more effective in leading and managing their businesses as well as themselves in terms of their impact, personal mastery and wellbeing.
A certified Professional Integral Coach through The Centre for Coaching (GSB – UCT) and New Ventures West, she has logged over 1000 hours of individual coaching and facilitation and has achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Wendy spent the last 24 years in the corporate environment. Her area of specialisation has been within the marketing and brand strategy arena where she has worked across various industries, namely, Toyota SA Marketing, MTN cellular and banking (Standard, Absa and Nedbank). Her career saw many varying roles, which spanned product-market planning, loyalty and CRM, product and services marketing, and group brand strategy development and management. She has led teams within the marketing arena with a focus on building the business and brands. It is in this context that she discovered her true passion for facilitating the growth and development of the people around her.
As an integral coach her focus is on achieving full competence and capacity within the multiple dimensions of what it takes to be an impactful, mindful, engaged and contributing human being or organization. Focusing on the quality of relationship with self and others; thoughts and feelings; ability to take action; and systems/processes; she works with individuals and teams to organise themselves for clearly defined and measurable outcomes.
The process is structured and aligned to specific purpose and outcomes, with the intention of developing skills and competencies for sustainable change.
She is passionate about optimising leadership performance, ensuring consistent experience delivery and employee engagement through facilitating a deeper understanding of “self” and the impact on the “team” and in turn, the team impact within the larger organisation. Exploring essentially the “I’s” that make up the “WE” which in turn creates the “IT”.
A significant area of focus is team formation and dynamics around Brand Experience Delivery and defining the WHY, HOW and WHAT of teams; with a key outcome being the establishment of purpose and the unique contribution to the organisation.
