Overview

Nomase leverages her long career of working within financial services, technology and travel organisations to partner closely with business professionals as they navigate their personal and  leadership journeys. Her clients are corporate services professionals transitioning from functional management to influential leadership roles & senior leaders who are rediscovering their purpose in order to make a meaningful contribution. As a Corporate citizen of over 30 years working and leading teams in companies such as Barclays Bank International, Absa and First National banks, Siemens SA and Rennie’s Travel, she is equipped with great insights to help executives and managers with sustainable leadership capabilities with a strong focus on behaviour change and strategy realisation. 

Coaching Philosophy

I believe that everyone has inherent potential to address the issues they face, and my role is to help them realise that potential, using a holistic coaching approach and trusted coaching tools and methodologies that are adapted to your unique coaching needs. As a trusted soundboard I provide a safe space to brainstorm, reflect and give feedback without fear of judgement.

I am an internationally qualified Life & Executive Coach, Comensa credentialed, with several qualifications from institutions such as The New Insights Life Coach Training Institute, University of Johannesburg and The Institute of Bankers in South Africa. Coaching services are available in English and IsiXhosa, online globally and face-to- face by arrangement.
