Kirstie is an internationally credentialed professional coach with the International Coach Federation. She has more than 25 years’ experience working in blue chip organisations in the areas of leadership and change and her coaching focuses on enabling sustainable change through the creation of fresh, positive habits. She partners with clients as they discover their unique way of being and doing whilst thriving and leading in the new disrupted era. Kirstie brings empathy, challenge, support and reflection to her coaching.

She established her coaching practice in 2005 and has since coached Executives, Managers, Graduates and private clients.

She partners with her clients to achieve speedy, increased and sustainable effectiveness in all areas of the client’s professional and personal life. She both challenges and supports the client with the specific aim of closing the gaps between potential and performance.
