Zukie is South Africa’s leading women’s success coach and dedicated champion of ambitious women who aspire to be the best version of themselves and create success on their own terms.

She believes that supporting a greater percentage of women to step up into leadership roles across all vocations and industries will have tremendous cultural and economic benefits.

Operating from Gauteng, her coaching practice comprises of a range of high quality professional development courses, access to advisory services, networking channels, and on-going research.

She brings science and spirituality to the same table by using evidence and research based tools combined with intuition to help women reach their highest level of success in their business and community leadership roles.

With over 10 years of experience in leadership, she is ideally positioned to respond to the needs of the contemporary female leader.

A twelve month development program for senior leaders in preparation for executive level.

Company Onsite Childcare Centre Consulting and Coaching

 Are you considering setting up a company onsite childcare centre?

 Many female employees can relate to this scenario: get off work at 5pm, sit in traffic on route to pick the children up from their childcare/preschool centre by 6pm (before you’re charged, by the minute, for being late), make it home just in time to prepare some semblance of a dinner and spend quality time all before bed.

 Studies show that his scenario is one of the key contributing factors that prevent the presence of women in organisational leadership roles.
