Professional Background

Jane was a Senior Manager and Associate Director at Ernst & Young in corporate finance, entrepreneurial business services and audit and was Director/Partner in a boutique firm consulting to owner-managed businesses before pivoting into executive coaching.  

She has over 25 years of experience in delivering financial consulting and related services to a range of clients in industries as diverse as retail, IT, digital marketing, manufacturing, distribution, banking, professional services, property & non-profit.

She was responsible for business unit profitability, client relationship management, people development and coaching, business development, new business start-ups, process improvement, corporate governance, risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
