Coaching Services: I am a business coach for personal, team or group coaching.
Coaching Experience: I have been doing coaching work since 2008.
Coaching Approach: I ask questions and listen to get a full understanding of my coachee’s context and expectations. Thereafter, I use the same approach, but focus on actions to be undertaken by the coachee, and follow up on results from actions taken.

Background
After universities (Natal, Oxford, UNISA), I worked as a Consultant (Engineering then Management). I then joined Plessey Communications as Marketing Director and was promoted to Managing Director. Thereafter was Managing Director of Cullinan Electrical, Didier Engineering, Steelserv and a consultancy CCI. The last 5 years in corporate I was Group Continuous Improvement manager at GLTA ( part of Aveng group).
I qualified as a Coach in 2007 and used this in my work. Since leaving corporate (2012) I have been Coaching through several coaching companies by being on their panel.
