Ksenia is a professional certified coach and facilitator living in South Africa and working internationally. Coaching since 2015 she works with executives, emerging leaders, high-potentials and entrepreneurs who want to be more impactful and focus on the things that matter.

Ksenia is a Certified Professional Co-active® Coach (CPCC), CTI Co-Active Leadership Program graduate, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation with 1500+ recorded coaching hours. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from The State University of Management in Moscow, Russia and Bsc in Information Science and Operations Research from The University of South Africa.

Her coaching style is direct, challenging and supportive. In the words of her clients, her coaching is most commonly described as deep, direct and at the same time supportive, and caring. She holds her clients with compassion, gentleness, sensitivity, and a lightness of touch even when addressing the deepest or most difficult issues.

Ksenia has a diverse background and is a voracious explorer and learner. Having lived in Eastern Europe, Hong Kong, and South Africa, Ksenia developed strong interest and high sensitivity for cultural diversity, cross-cultural challenges and opportunities. She brings to the table a unique mix of coaching skills, corporate experience, entrepreneurial mindset, diverse multi-cultural background, mindfulness, yoga and martial arts training.

Passionate about people development Ksenia challenges existing ways of thinking and holds that a flexible and creative mindset is key to effective leadership. She believes that leaders can learn to expand their impact through presence, connection, and awareness across contexts. She often works with leaders in transition to new roles, expanded roles, and with leaders in transition from one stage of development to another.

Prior to becoming a coach, her corporate career spanned 15 years in a range of disciplines and roles. Ksenia worked in the financial services industry with multicultural teams across the globe and have the first-hand experience in dealing with corporate stakeholders.

Ksenia works with organisations and teams to achieve higher performance, co-create collaborative, meaningful work cultures that drive both personal and organisational growth.

Her work with teams is based on Team Coaching International model and Team Diagnostic™ assessment.
