Shift happens! I’m passionate about results-driven coaching and I enjoy the energising transformation in people when we work together towards their personal, career and organisational goals.

Executive coaching is a co-operative effort, a partnership between you – the client, and me – your coach. It is conversational in nature and strictly confidential. Coaching sessions are structured but often fun and always invigorating.

• Schedule a time for a first conversation in order to establish if coaching is for you and if I’m the right coach for you.
• Then we meet on the phone, Skype or in-person at my office in Killarney for a first 90 minute session.
• Thereafter you decide if you’d like to continue working towards your goals in a series of weekly or fortnightly 1-hour sessions.
• As your coach on your side I will aim to stretch you for an accelerated journey on your path of growing success. However you “own” the coaching series, each session’s agenda is exclusively yours for your benefit.
