APPROACH – Client is centred and will include both virtual and face to face interactions – using principles of positive psychology and adult learning to build a thinking, engaging, trusting, and challenging environment.

MY IDEAL CLIENT – Mainly, but not exclusively, diversity candidates, women from previously disadvantaged groups and small business owners who are serious about progressing their careers, including those who feel stuck and need a trusting environment to guide them – managers, executives or professionals.

Clients with mental health challenges following the pandemic and the resulting economic environment. The coach’s role is not to solve their client’s problem but to work with a process that is solution focused and driven by the individual/client.

WHY ME –  A history of success in people development

  • I have been in the trenches – “been there, done that” – and have worked on people development issues with stakeholders, including labour, government and student bodies.
  • I have worked in sectors, including agriculture, retail, financial services, and automotive manufacturing.
  • I serve on the board of the Durban Chamber of Commerce as Second Vice President.
  • I have coached and mentored several corporate employees, and students.
  • A key interest is working with new managers, executives, and women from previously disadvantaged backgrounds
  • A new focus is mental health coaching and counselling.
