My work experiences and my coaching and mentoring skills will enable you to become an inspiring and effective leader with a great presence enabling you to lead your team to brilliance. You will develop and enhance the behaviours, tools, skills and competencies required to enable you to achieve your objectives in the workplace and to meet your personal goals, in a rapidly changing socio-economic and political environment.
I offer one-on-one executive/business coaching and team/group coaching to leaders, executives, senior managers, expatriates. I can also mentor you. In essence, I walk your journey with you in achieving your goals and objectives.
I have more than 20 successful years experience as an executive manager in the private sector (financial, energy, logistics) and public sector (financial) where I faced challenges similar to those that you may face. I was a successful leader and manager of large and small teams of people. I have been a board member on several industry and non profit organisations.
I am an international qualified certified executive coach (ICF) with several post graduate qualifications from universities including Harvard Business School, Birmingham, INSEAD, Singapore, Cape Town, WITS, Stellenbosch and GIBS.
