Founded in 2003, Nabantu is a specialist consultancy growing people in business. We are a committed team consisting of core individuals and independent associates. Our team is a celebration of diversity in background, education, worldview and expertise.

With a coach, the individual or team gains a thinking partner, a coach who will help them think, gain insights, identify what they want (their goals, visions, desired state), their current reality, their options, their obstacles and the actions they can take.
